Today the quality of finishing materials largely determines the status of a modern building. The new Dream Towers residential complex is located in the Nagatinskaya floodplain, on the riverbank of the Moskva river and is a premium class building. The principles of luxury and an elegant Art Deco style were applied to the design of the facades. The use of natural stone is a reference to Manhattan of the 1920s. But, as you know, natural stone is not the simplest finishing material, although, of course, it is very spectacular. The developers often face the problem of an impressive weight of stone and this makes the installation in many ways more difficult. Also important is the considerable cost of natural stone and the reasonability of its use on the entire area of the facade of the building. The architect have found an optimal solution when building the Dream Towers residential complex. This solution served as a harmonious continuation of the architecture. Natural stone was used only for the lower floors for the facades. The design above consists of BILDEX aluminium composite panels, imitating the texture of natural stone - BILDEXart BA 1026 series of coatings.
The designers of BILDEX were focused on the original materials when developing the panels, that’s why it is almost impossible to find a difference from natural stone. Moreover, the panels are much lighter than natural stone, they are easier to use in installation, especially at high altitude.
This important factor of the exterior design of the Dream Towers residential complex will allow future residents to feel themselves in a new reality, when dreams are reflected even in the exterior design of the building.
