Modern business in Russia develops under special laws – a unique time provides equally unique tools. Today, the space in which an organization or company is based is of immense importance. Therefore, the demand for commercial real estate continues to grow. It is the demand that creates supply, that’s why the ultra-modern Ostankino Business Park has emerged in one of Moscow's oldest districts. It includes six twelve-story buildings, each with an area of over 22 250 square meters. The project was created by the company UNK project, winner of Russian and international professional awards.
The architects have successfully created an unusual and expressive appearance of an European architectural ensemble, combining functionality with the latest technologies.
At the same time, the creators have managed to maximize the visual properties of the natural landscape. Thanks to panoramic windows, office workers may enjoy magnificent views of the Ostankino Television Tower. The facades deserve special attention, as they play a key role in creating the striking architectural ensemble. Each building is distinguished by its color – noble shades of bronze, copper, and gold – and each has a unique facade panel design.
This was made possible by the use of BILDEX aluminium composite panels of anodizing series with an anodized coating. It is important to note that the choice was not accidentaly – panels from this series have a guarantee of 25 years. The unique coating reliably protects the surface of the metal panels from corrosion and is unaffected by negative environmental influences, including UV radiation. Thanks to this multifaceted approach to facade cladding, the creators of the Ostankino Business Park have ensured not only functionality but also a comfortable interior environment.
